JD Thinning has been in operation since 2008 and run thinning, excavation, landscaping, mowing, and hauling divisions. We are currently looking for a Mower in our mowing division. Description: - Hours are 7am-4pm (times may vary some occasionally) M-F - Position is seasonal (March - November) but could be job attached and work in other departments if a good fit - Assist the Mowing Lead on scheduled mowing routes - Spring clean up and winterizing: rake, thatching, fertilizing - Operate a push mower, riding mower, weedwacker, blower - Some weeding, pruning and trimming trees - May be required to drive a company truck - Help maintain equipment and keep truck clean Requirements: - Boots, gloves, and eye protection. Hearing protection provided. - Clean and valid driver's license - At least 1 season of experience - Able to work alone and takes direction well - Able to work on feet all day, lift, push, pull, bend, kneel, and remain physically active all day For question or to apply, come to the shop or give us a call.
