Description The Service Porter/Groundskeeper is responsible for inspecting and cleaning all common area laundry rooms, restroom facilities, leasing/management office, and other common areas of the community. Delivers notices, flyers, and newsletters to residents when requested. Assisting with painting projects, signs, posts, fences, fire hydrants, speed bumps, decking, curbs, and other areas as directed.
