Re-homing 2 parakeets and cage

My grandson is heading to college and needs to find a good home for these 2 sweeties. They will come with the cage and food as well. I would take them but I have no place to put them, that my cats would not try to eat them. He is asking a re-homing fee of $40.00 to recoup some of the expense of the cage and the accessories.
