Press release from the Waterford Public Library: February 25, 2022 In this owl presentation specifically tailored for adults we'll explore the 8 species of owls that live in the state of Connecticut.  There will also be a live owl meet and greet with Sebastien, a barred owl.  This is an in-person event.   Registration is suggested but not required.  Please click here to register in advance.   Our presenter is Gwen Rice of Freedom First Wildlife Rehab located in Waterford.  They are a home based rescue and have recently become Connecticut's only Owl Exclusive Rehab.  Thank you for supporting the Waterford Public Library!
