M&M comedy duo hosts open mic for local and aspiring and local comedians to improve community’s mental health. Comedy open mic at patio of Eat District is the only venue where performers get tip. We now welcome musicians with your own equipments. (We have 2 mics, 1 speaker, and an outlet) Come laugh, have a good time and enjoy healthy Asian food options. Your presence is a big support to our local comedians. Please don’t be hesitate to come say hello and good bye to me before or after the show I didn’t have chance to do so as I love to get to know each and every one of you. Patio chairs and tables are reserved for Eat District’s customers, feel free to use if you’re ordering. Seating is limited so rsvp is required. Although we appreciate that you support the venue that support us, you can simply just bring your own chair and there is no obligation. Please cancel your rsvp if you can’t come because I have to borrow extra chairs and tables from inside the store and manager doesn’t encourage it. Donation is greatly appreciated. Tips jar will be available on site or Venmo/Zelle @mailgcomedy 🙏 Our group also helps inspiring stand-up comedians start telling their stories with jokes and then pratice their sets at our open weekly open mic as therapy to improve their mental health and of the community, as well as to cope with loneliness. We then go perform for charities and events.
