Did anybody see my uncle get hit on Interstate/argyle he had yellow jacket

Hello my uncle got hit by a car while walking across interstate on argyle. If anyone saw this happen and might remember the license plate of the vehicle that would be beyond appreciated. Hopefully he is just a little sore from being shaken up but In case there are more serious issues it would be helpful to have that. Thank you
