Handyman wanted to turn over vacant homes at a mobile home park. Must have a vehicle capable of transporting materials, must have experience in painting, drywall, woodworking, electrical, and plumbing. We are looking for someone between $12-$15 an hour, depending on experience. You must be able to show proof of your skills, and provide references. Please reply with a résumé to be considered. This is a temporary position. We expect there to be between 6 to 12 months worth of work with roughly 20 hours per week, including Saturdays. Weekday work hours are flexible, but must meet approval of on-site park manager, who will be monitoring work process.
