Explore the wonderful world of aperitifs & digestifs! Learn all about what these are, how they are made all while eating great cheeses! Intended to be served before (the aperitif) or after (the digestif) a meal, the tradition of an aperitif and digestif is more about preparing and calming the body, and setting a tone of conversation and relaxation so that one can fully enjoy the company of their friends/family with whom they are sharing a meal. Join us at Aperitivo, in person, to talk about and taste a selection of these unique drinks which will each be carefully paired with Aperitivo cheeses. Learn a bit about how each is produced and where they come from as well as how you can best utilize them at home! All while enjoying great cheeses as well! What could be better than this?! Each ticket is $50 + tax and a 20% gratuity, and is good for one attendee. ** Register for classes on Eventbrite or save the fee and call Aperitivo at 616.259.7045 We cannot accept walk-ins at the time of class.
