Press release from Arapahoe Libraries: February 25, 2022 Changes to reservations for meeting and study rooms. Reservations for both meeting and study rooms can be made up to 60 days in advance (change from 30 days). For meeting rooms, if a group has not arrived or called to report a delay within 30 minutes after the scheduled start time, staff may allow others to use the room (change from 60 minutes).
