Field Service Technician Responsibilities:
- Build relationships and trust with customers and clients
- Team up with colleagues and other team members
- Preform initial Inspection, identify all issues suggest and implement solutions
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
- Perform all on-site activities related to installation, repair, management and maintenance
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
- Produce timely and detailed service reports on work performed on a company-issued tablet
- Check and update field automation systems and databases
- Adhere to the company procedures and protocols
- View and access Install and report on install quality
- Will report to work Monday – Friday 7:00 to 4:00 PM
Field Service Technician Skills:
Product Knowledge, Organization, Analyzing Information, Great interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills, Reporting Skills, Managing Processes, Customer Focus, General Consulting Skills, Critical thinker and problem-solving, Good time-management skills, Accustomed to using mobile tools and applications. Basic math skills, including adding and subtracting number
