Licensed General Contractor is seeking a helper or assistant or a partner on projects for Full or Part Time. BASIC JOB DESCRIPTION: Remodeling Assistant Loading and Unloading Materials Installing Trim and Doors Installing Windows Installing Flooring Framing / Drywall Stucco / Concrete Work Painting and Caulking Cleaning up the Job site Moving Tools Picking Up Materials Landscaping Work And Generally Assisting with Various Construction Projects It’s best to have a car or truck to get to the job sites and its great if you have some tools….most jobs are in the Fort Lauderdale Area. If you have some basic tools you use that would be helpful. Pay is negotiable depending on your skills.
