Below is a full description of the job and requirements. Now looking for a knowledgeable and reliable candidate to fill manager position in large scale greenhouse hemp facility. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -Manage the day to day operations of a large greenhouse facility grow team. -Oversee the cultivation procedures and nutrient protocols keeping accurate records and presenting the results in a timely manner to the appropriate superior. -Follow company cultivation methods, and work closely with the director of cultivation. -Ensure proper training and development -Study plants genetics and tendencies in order to develop better planting, cultivation, and harvesting techniques, improve crop yield, and solve problems faced in cultivation -Primarily responsible for the life of the plant. (Clone/seed through harvest) -Lead And assist grow team with cloning transplanting, pruning, super cropping, feeding, pest management, cleaning, etc. SKILLS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: -3+ years commercial agriculture experience in a medium to large scale operation -Previous supervisory experience -Knowledge of crop management and commercial agriculture -Experience with various grow mediums and irrigation methods for indoor operations -Knowledge of plant diseases, pests and health -Good mathematical and statistical skills required COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS -90 day probation period at $20/hr -Followed by raise and benefit packages discussions.
