Ranch Hand/property Maintenance needed

ISO Hardworking, reliable, honest ranch maintenance/ranch hand for small private horse barn. 30-35 hours/week. More hours if wanted. 6 days/week. Prefer Mon-Sat 7am-11am and 5pm-6pm, but other regular hours could work too. 6 acres, horse barn, pastures, arena, etc. Possible live-in opportunity for the right candidate, or possible couple, after a work-trial period. MUST HAVE: -Able to work outdoors in all kinds of weather. -Can lift up to 70 pounds. -Experience with horses (NOT a riding position), spot colic, injuries, etc. -Can drive tractor, and other equipment. -Background check -No smoking. No drugs. -Valid drivers license. -Honest, reliable, punctual. -Work independently and alone, and is a self starter. Highly motivated. -Work references. -Long term position Duties: Muck and feed 5 horses 2xday, bed stalls, water, blanket, turnout. Maintain all aspects of the property and barn. Maintain and use farm equipment, maintain arena, mowing, weeding, fencing, watering, pasture management, manure, hay, irrigating, landscaping, other odd jobs, etc. Please email your experience and resume.
