Here are the top three stories in New Orleans today: Another New Orleans HBCU received a bomb threat this month forcing the university to close campus the Friday before Mardi Gras. Dillard University was the second college in New Orleans to have received a threat after Xavier University earlier this month. Over a dozen HBCUs have been threatened across the nation during this time as well. (WWLTV.com) Time is running out for the winner of a $50,000 lottery ticket bought in Slidell to claim their prize. The Powerball ticket was purchased five months ago at a Circle K and expires on March 31. No one has yet to come forward. (NOLA.com) The NOLA Public Schools District has accused the James M. Singleton Charter School operator of violating state sunshine laws. This comes after years of mismanagement accusations, but this alleged violation concerns the decision to disband a committee that it is required to have in the school's bylaws.
