Need info on 2009 Subaru Legacy Thermostat replacement

Hey I feel a little slow asking for this but if there's anyone that knows the location, and how to replace my thermostat on my 2009 Subaru Legacy I would greatly appreciate the information. I'm drawing blanks and don't want to mess it up more, but please anyone knows and can help me with the steps or pics that would help a lot. Bought the thermostat, just can't pay to have a garage do it. I know my way around cars a little just never worked with Subaru thanks guys!!
