ISO small dog

Description

I am looking to adopt a small dog. I am lenient on their breed as long as they won’t be any larger than about 25 lbs when full grown. I am willing to pay for a rehoming fee. I prefer a dog that is already spayed/neutered, house-trained, and UTD on shots. I will consider a puppy if they are a bit older (not newborn), and my preference is age 1-6.
