Used but in good condition. Was purchased brand new from https://thekittytube.com/ I adopted a feral cat from the Humane Society and needed a safe place for her to sleep, but she has now become much more domesticated and now sleeps in the garage. Was $174.99 new but offering at $100 obo. I no longer have the little pillow it came with but you can easily leave it as it with the thick insulation foam, add your own pillow or blankets, or some people even use straw. It can be taken apart easily for cleaning if necessary and is lightweight and easy to move. This is a great option to keep kitties warm in cold months or just give them a safe place to stay for feral or outdoor cats. Located in Fairview.
