PHILADELPHIA, PA — Philadelphia police are searching for 56-year-old Norma Lowe, who is missing and considered endangered, according to authorities. Lowe has been missing since Jan. 30. She was last seen on the 1900 block of Sansom Street, according to police. Lowe is 5 feet tall and weighs approximately 300 lbs. She was last seen wearing a grey shirt, tan sweatpants and grey sneakers. Anyone with information on her whereabouts should contact the Central Detectives Division at 215-686-3093 or dial 911.
