To gauge customer satisfaction and continually improve service for riders, Plymouth Metrolink conducts a system-wide rider survey each year.
This year's survey is available through Saturday, Nov. 14. Riders are asked take a few moments to complete the survey online.
Surveys are available for Dial-A-Ride and fixed routes – riders can take one or both depending on the services they use:
