We all know the stance that real Americans have for the 2nd Amendment and the anti America crowd that wants to strip us of our right to bear arms. The new angle to strip Americans of their 2nd Amendment right is to allow people that are killed or injured by firearms, no matter the criminal circumstances, to sue the firearm manufacturer for damages. So if a criminal is robbing a 7-11 and the clerk pulls a legally owned firearm and kills the criminal, the criminals family can sue Smith and Wesson for wrongful death damages. If 4 armed criminals kick your door down in the middle of the night to rob, rape and murder your family and you blow them all away with a legally owned Remington 12 gauge shotgun, Remington can be sued by the criminals family. How screwed up is this? If you look at the actual published FACTS compiled by the FBI violent crimes committed involving a gun it is less than 8% in 2019. LESS THAN 8 FRIGGING PERCENT!!! So are we to ban knives? Baseball bats? Frying pans? Crow bars? Bricks? Matches? Hands and feet? A car commercial shows a hopped up car doing 180 mph, sliding around corners, flying down the highway, etc. So if a person drives a car like advertised, loses control and slams into a school bus full of kids killing all of them will the parents be able to sue Ford for selling the car to an irresponsible driver? Well, according to the people that want to sue firearm manufacturers for individual persons that want to use their products in an illegal and irresponsible way. You would have to have the intelligence of a gnat to see the logic holding the manufacturer of a product be responsible for the idiocy of a person using that product. Windex to clean contacts anyone? How about suing GE for sticking a puppy in the microwave and killing it? Can I sue Louisville Slugger for beating my wife to death with a baseball bat? I could go on for hours with this. Another thought for the 2nd Amendment. The Pres. of the Ukraine has ordered the arming of all of its citizens to help defend the nation. My first question is why the citizens were not able to own firearms in the first place for this precise type of armed action to defend itself against a foreign invader. The point is that there are 44 million able bodied Ukrainians, men and women, that when armed would be able to kill any Russian soldier invader on Ukraine soil within one week. Putin knows this. The anti 2nd Amendment American traitors know this too. There are at least 120 million Americans that own legal, registered firearms. According to military doctrine it would take AT LEAST an armed superior force of over 200 million to take over and occupy America. No nation on earth has this kind of numerical army. This is why the left wants to disarm America so we can be occupied by a much smaller national or international force and succumb to tyranny. Why else are the 120 million legally armed, registered and responsible firearm owners the target of such vitriol when we commit 0% of the crime with guns? It's the criminals that own illegal guns that commit 99.9% of violent crimes with guns and that is less than 8% of the violent crimes committed in total. The anti gun propaganda is thick my friends. Do your research and never, NEVER vote for a person that would want to take your legally owned and registered firearm that you may have to use to protect yourself, your family, your children, your home and your country.
