Taking applications for a GUARDIAN for a male Standard size, AKC Chocolate/Brown/Parti Yorkie. Yorkie is worth $3,500.00. Looking for a safe home, with a fenced yard. A Guardian who has experience with Yorkies. Contract requires Guardian to remain within a 50-mile radius of San Marcos for the next 5 years. After 5 years, the Breeder signs over the Yorkie to Guardian. Must be willing to let Breeder visit your home a minimum 2 x per year. Yorkie will not be taken care of by someone else, be boarded, or bred with another dog during the contract time. Guardian will provide proper veterinary care, grooming, daily dental hygiene chews, monthly flea/heart worm medicine, and annual vaccinations. Guardian will provide regular exercise, maintain learned commands such as sit, stay, and leave it. Guardian will not allow Yorkie to become obese, must exercise Yorkie on a leash, minimum 4 days a week. Breeder will keep Yorkie 1 week at a time 4 to 6 times per year for breeding. Must be able to make a deposit and sign a contract. For a small deposit you get an expensive Yorkie to keep after 5 years.
