Does anyone know where I can record?

Hello, does anyone know a nifty place I could record vocals. I record pop and hip-hop. The main vocals aren't a problem, my ad libs and backing vocals I need to perform really loudly which does work in an apartment complex where people can hear you. I already have everything I need to record. Neumann TLM 102, Universal Audio Apollo Twin, MacBook Pro, sE microphone shield etc. I won't need a mixing engineer either, I'd just need a room. I tried Waveform Austin for a bit, but adjacent band rehearsals would bleed into the mic too much (even when recording on a Shure SM7B). Someone offered me their garage but, these recordings are going to a sync licensing company so an actual establishment or separate housing unit would be appreciated.
