Position: Pro Technician Sir Grout is the leading hard surface restoration company in the country with about 50 Franchisee locations throughout the US. We have innovative processes using state of the art proprietary materials for restoring Grout, Tile, Marble, Granite and Natural Stone, Wood and Concrete surfaces. Sir Grout of Austin is expanding and seeking talented people to join our team. We are currently seeking technicians who will be on the front line performing our incomparable restoration processes for both residential and commercial clients. We do not require any special skills and our training will provide the knowledge to do the work. To be a Sir Grout technician you just need: · A great attitude that translates into focusing on providing outstanding service for the client. · Be reliable and on time · Have a pleasant demeanor · Be detail oriented and meticulous about your work. Sir Grout technicians will become craftsman. · Be organized and neat · Be willing to follow procedures · Have good communication skills to be able to relate to customers · Previous experience in tile installation or painting or craftsman is a plus, but not a requirement. · Have a clean driving record and own a working reliable vehicle · Be able to pass a background check and drug screening · Be able to work independently with little to no supervision Job Description: Technicians will be training on Sir Grout’s restoration procedures in class and/or in the field. You will learn how to restore tile, grout, wood, marble, granite and natural stones and concrete surfaces using Sir Grout’s processes and proprietary materials. Technicians will perform restorations in both residential and commercial locations and will be interacting with clients on a daily basis. After a reasonable time, you may be given a company work vehicle which you will be responsible for the upkeep, inventory and cleanliness. You will learn how to use specific tools and machines which you will also be responsible for their upkeep and cleanliness. Technicians will be given a company uniform shirt and they will be expected to be wearing it, look professionally presentable and neat when appearing at a customer site. * Hourly wage starting during training around $15.00 / hour and will be based on applicable experience, skills, time and attitude ($15.00 to $22.00 / Hour). * Earn 10 to 15% Commissions of up-selling services Applicants must have an updated resume with a contact telephone number and email to apply.
