Project manager for award winning Residential Design and Build based in South Pasadena for 40 years, needed to oversee our residential remodeling projects. REVIEW OF DUTIES: -Provide overall management including scheduling of sub contractors and administrative direction of multiple projects. -Preparation and adaptions as necessary of project schedules -Managing budget and payment approval of subcontractors -Oversee implementation of contracts and change orders -Attend weekly jobsite meetings with clients and subs as needed- close daily supervision -Attend pre-bid site review meetings -Source new vendors and subcontractors as needed -Compliance, Inspections, Permits and Green codes -Meeting with city inspectors for all job site inspections -Keep daily job logs SKILL REQUIREMENTS: -Read and fully comprehend blue prints -Daily paperwork, including meeting notes, daily job logs, photographs and managing commitments -Creative problem solver -Highly organized -Excellent communication skills- proficient in English -3+ years of project management experience The ideal candidate should have a construction background and share our passion in delivering a high degree of professional service, exceptional results, and results, and work well in a ‘Team environment’. This individual must be cooperative and respectful. Candidate has the potential for more earnings and responsibilities after training. Two plus years of experience in a similar position required. References, and valid driver’s license required at time of interview. Salary and benefits commensurate with experience.
