Beaverton based cleaning company is looking for a cleaning technician to clean and maintain common area's of businesses in retail and apartment settings as well as help with commercial construction clean up. Duties to include Maintain common areas - sweeping, mopping, pick up garbage, cobweb removal and collecting garbage for disposal Cleaning of bathrooms- stock and clean toilets, sinks and mopping of floors Perform duties including window washing, vacuuming, pressure washing and leaf blowing. Changing of light bulbs Provide support in helping with outage coverage. Reporting of all supplies needed to perform job duties Flexible Hours for position Monday - Friday with weekend availability. Requirements for position Must have valid drivers license Must be able to lift 50 pounds Proactive attitude Able to follow directions Must be teachable If you have these qualifications we would like to hear from you.
