Hey friends, we have a space at the old rainier brewery that we rent from Kat and need an extra member to split the rent with. There’s currently 7 of us and rent is $82.14 a person. The total rent for the room is $575 a month. It’s a good space that’s 24/7 access and it’s nearly always open to use, we just reserve time on our google calendar and communicate via group text when needed. We’ve had the space for nearly five years and never had a problem, everyone in the group is really great. Give me a call for all the rest of the details -Tyler
