I'm homeless and my Amerecauna female repeatedly mates with my Hamburg (a supposed Tolteger, but I think they are a hoax breed) rooster. If you want to incubate them and raise the chicks for a while to entertain and teach your kids about chickens and help me out by giving me some of what hatches I'd appreciate it. She lays about every 3 days. I have an incubator you can borrow. Don't try and force feed any newborns for day or they can choke to death in seconds. So don't let little kids try or allow to rough-handle them. They're fragile and squeezing them can easily crush their organs.
