where are all the bass guitar players?

Seriously why is no one playing bass anymore? Need a bass player for rock band similar to AC/DC, deep purple, kiss, Judas Priest, Black Sabbath etc. just need to show up, have a sense of humor and want to play our own music. Please let me know, older than 40 preferred
