Yep Washington state was finally rated #1. Number 1 for having the most regressive taxes in the country. Heres how it breaks down. So much for tax the rich and help the middle and lower income. 1. WASHINGTON Bottom 20%: 16.9% Middle 60%: 10.5% Top 1%: 2.8% Thank god we keep voting in Democrats to run Washington. Without them I might actually have more money. But we can't have that.
