We are looking for hard-working, reliable candidates who love dogs and cats and want to be part of a successful, local, fun business. If you can provide excellent customer service, enjoy making pets feel at home, and are good at multi-tasking and prioritizing, you might be the one we are looking for! This job requires long hours on your feet and a positive attitude in the midst of barking dogs and demanding cats. Job does entail keeping animals clean and comfortable, feeding and medicating, and keeping an odor-free environment for our four-legged guests.
Holidays and weekend work are an absolute must, and reliable transportation is needed as the buses do not run after we close or before we open, especially on weekends. We are specifically looking for candidates that can work 1:00pm-7:30pm (or close of business). Prior experience is a plus but not required. All applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. and must be at least 18 years old.
Candidates who perform well and that have good communication and people skills may be promoted to help fill reception responsibilities along with higher pay
