The internet has all kinds of different amounts of protein intake levels. Some say it should be 30-60
grams per day and others say it should be 60-120 grams per day. The amount has to do with your
size and activity. One can also take too much protein and wind up with kidney stones. Have any
of you guys, abound 140 pounds, been taking protein supplements? If so how many grams per day?
Have you had any adverse effects from taking supplements? Thanks in advance for your help.
