A leading distributor of hardwood lumber and lumber products, is hiring for Warehouse Manager. Individuals must be highly motivated, able to multi task, and work with a sense of urgency. Looking for long term employees. Serious applicants only.
Position Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Drivers License
- Read, write and speak English
- Basic math skills
- Forklift experience
- Ability to work overtime
- Ability to manage people
- Ability to work independently in outdoor temperatures
- Ability to lift and move product up to 100 lbs
- Ability to drive NON-CDL truck to make deliveries
Warehouse Manager is responsible for:
- Assisting customers courteously
- Processing accurate paperwork
- Managing warehouse personnel
- Maintaining clean, organized work environment
- Cycle counting
- Computer skills
- Flexibility to adjust to daily changes
- Monthly safety meetings
- Truck maintenance and dispatch
