https://gofund.me/cee51b78 I’m fundraising for my gf (she doesn’t know I’m doing this) because it has been 5 months since she has seen her two kitties and the person keeping them can only have them until the end of March. She moved down to LA in September (and stays with me) and hasn’t been able to find a place she can afford to rent. It’s been hard for her to find a job too because of COVID/the sheer number of applicants per job opportunity. She found a job and is now working so hard (6 days a week)but still can’t put much in her savings. We’ve thought about the possibility of her moving back to Washington but she has no where to stay/no job there. And on top of that we really don’t want to be long distance again. We’ve been through a lot in our relationship so far. In the beginning of it, my parents didn’t approve of us dating. We had to sneak around to see each other but at the time she lived 3 hours away from me. But even then she would drive those 3 hours just to see me for 10 minutes. After that I moved to LA for school which made our distance even longer but she never once complained and came to see me when she could afford it. We’ve been long distance for so long and now we finally have each other, I’m not ready to go back. She’s always done so much for me and has been such a rock for me.
