Attention musicians & creatives: My name is Eric and I am looking for other musicians or creatives seeking to work within the music industry to live with. I am planning to move to the Denver area sometime between July-August. My hope is that we can find a nice house within the metro area that is budget-friendly for musicians, noise-friendly, spacious enough to house all of our gear (including my upright piano which you’re welcome to play), and have room for a shared studio space we could all use. My vision is to create a tight-knit community of talented creatives to collaborate with, motivate and inspire each other. Message me if you're interested in being a part of this! A little about me: I am a 26 y/o songwriter/vocalist/keyboardist/guitarist for the indie rock/alternative band Walden, originally from Atlanta, GA and currently living in Nashville, TN. My band is currently my main career focus, though I am interested in co-writing, producing, and scoring/soundtrack work as well. Favorite artists include Coldplay, Bon Iver, M83, Radiohead, Pink Floyd, Tame Impala, etc. I need roommates that are okay with a lot of singing/playing (early sleepers may not be a good fit). Outside of music, I freelance and work remotely. I’m an extrovert (ENFP/Enneagram 7 if that means anything to you) and love travel, spontaneity, and adventure. Some of my past adventures include: - touring all 50 states with my band - traveling across Europe with no money or cell phone I’m optimistic, super laid back, pretty clean (at least for guys’ standards) and very active (bonus points for anyone who’s interested in being my morning gym buddy). Politically, I’m pretty moderate (yes, those still exist) and not religious (though I very much respect others’ beliefs). I’m not a big smoker/drinker, but will indulge from time to time. Although I’ll mostly be focused on my music career, I do enjoy skiing, surfing, climbing, basketball, biking, hiking, camping, road trips, and searching for local hidden gems.
