Covid de-escalates, Russia escalates. We are entertainers to keep people's minds off horrifying things. I know money is always an issue. Like the thought of me being a drummer and banjo player, coming soon to perform on your sidewalk... I did not entirely think out the point of this post... Ambiguous over our troubling times, wanting to play good music while appeasing the drunks. However, ALL OF YOU AND ME are meant to entertain both ourselves and the massive stressed out people. Where do you go from here? I'll be playing loud to ammuse my neighbors, and have the cops called on me by that always one "perpetually annoyed neighbor". Let all of Northeast Ohio pound music with reckless abandon, after licking its wounds for too long. Let's put our brotherly and sisterly community of bands and supporters on high alert to hug each other and collaborate. Maybe it is time to sit close and smile and say hi next to the stranger next to you.
