Need a Superintendent to manage make-ready & renovations for FAST-growing business in residential property management market. Individual would work closely with technicians and Operations Manager. • Must have minimum 5 years hands-on construction experience • Must be able to manage and supervise multiple handyman / renovation projects at a time • Responsible for job estimating, coordination. employees time, job materials, timely completion, and quality control • Must have valid TX driver’s license and transportation – position requires travel within the Greater Austin metroplex • Hourly pay commensurate with experience level - $40 to $50. 40-hour week • W2 employment and health care benefits plan to be negotiated • Hablar espanol es un plus • Email resume / qualifications to [email protected]
