Help needed with internal plumbing

About once a week I have a pipe that gets pretty backed up. Looking for a female plumber who can release some of the pressure. The pipe is white in color, is about 7 inches in length and is around 35 years old. I can drive the pipe to you so you can work on it. Hope someone can help me out.
