Found this little one running around Virginia Street in North Bend near RiteAid early this morning. She is now at the Coos Animal Shelter. Please forward this photo or contact them if she looks familiar. Elderly dog needs care. Super sweet!!! She has a very distinguishing feature and if you are her owner you will know what it is.
