Gus is a very sweet, calm and friendly 2-year-old cat who has a condition called feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV). His good-natured disposition and gentleness are endearing and make this special boy SO easy to love. Gus is playful and he has a ball running after and chasing string toys. His favorite thing is to be with people, sit on your lap and snuggle, get pet and share lots of affection. This wonderful guy would love to find a best friend with a welcoming lap and big heart. FIV only affects cats and can't be transmitted to non-felines. Adopting a cat with FIV can be rewarding. Many FIV cats can live long, healthy and full lives like non-infected cats; and have the same needs such as a nutritious diet, mental stimulation, and plenty of love!
