We are looking for an excited candidate to become one of our team lead technician for door edge guard installations for dealership locations in greater Salt Lake City, UT. are. (60 mins around Salt Lake City) We offer a family team atmosphere and paid training. THIS IS A UTAH POSITION. WE WILL PAY YOU TOWARDS YOUR MOVING EXPENSES AND 1ST MONTH OF RESIDENTIAL HOUSING. 3-4 WEEKS OF PAID LOCAL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA. MUST have valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle. MUST have smartphone with carrier service and texting capabilities. Availability is from Monday - Friday, and occasional Saturdays depending on. Weekly salary start is $1,000 + bonuses. Most of our team leader technicians average 40 hr. work weeks. Potential quarterly performance evaluations and quality bonuses awarded. Job Description Video: Once trained your performance must be quality FIRST. Installations of your team must be quality FIRST. Organization skills are of great importance. Must be energetic and friendly. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. Must be able to work alone or on a team while meeting daily/weekly install quotas. Driving and visiting dealership locations is a necessary part of the job. Clean and comfortable clothes are expected. Company shirts and jackets provided.
