About the Role: We are seeking a full-time Burr Hand I / Facilities / Shop Helper I. This is a hybrid opportunity to gain experience in a machine shop environment as a shop helper with split responsibilities in the shop, de-burring, and handling facilities requests.  The successful candidate must work well in a fast-paced environment and be detail-oriented, precise and comfortable working with their hands A Sampling of Responsibilities Include: Performing assigned duties using manual, pneumatic and electric hand tools and machines Inspecting and measuring work pieces Developing or recommending techniques and parameters Helping with de-burring and facilities requests Primary Required Qualifications/Skill Set: Must be a US citizen, lawful permanent resident of the US, protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) Possess a high school diploma and/or GED equivalent Willingness to learn to operate hand tools Possess good mechanical aptitude; good hand and eye coordination Possess experience in visual inspection and operating deburr equipment Possess a valid CA driver license Inquire within for a full list of qualifications and requirements.
