We are seeking a certified individual to join our team as our Journeyman Electrician. Come join Harness Power!. As a journeyman electrician, you will be involved with all the aspects of installing a solar system, including performing main service panel upgrades. Responsibilities: -Install electrical equipment (inverter) -Install AC disconnect -Interconnect with main service panel -Ability to complete solar battery installations -Work with solar inspectors to ensure approval -Perform underground and overhead electrical panel upgrades -Troubleshoot solar system problems and electrical issues -Skills and Qualifications: Minimum: -Solar experience required -Three years experience as an electrician -Must possess a valid Journeyman License/Electrician Certification -General knowledge of electrical equipment -Experience working with the main panel -Reliable transportation with a clean driving record If you can commit to and live with the following principles then you are the type of person that will be successful and help our company thrive if you feel this level of engagement is not right for you or if you’re not willing to participate with us at this level then we’re not a good fit.
