I am looking for a 3+ bedrooms 2+ baths. rental property or a very good priced home to buy in which I can start a business to provide housing at an affordable rate to seniors and disabled people in which they can live with dignity. House must be a single story and have 3+ bedrooms 2+ baths and a very small yard. All residents would be alcohol, drug, smoke free. I am CN A, First-Aid trained caregiver. I am a responsible caring person and have excellent credit. If anyone can help me with this project I will be very grateful.
