Immediate need for grass crews to maintain properties in the Blue Springs, Lees Summit, Independence area. Each yard will be a reoccurring cut(biweekly basis) and should take no more than 30 minutes. Experience in maintaining foreclosed properties preferred. Liability insurance and own lawn equipment is required. Must pass background check and be able to routinely meet work-order due dates. Must also have cellphone needed to upload before and after pictures for each lawn. Must be able to cut up to ten yards daily and maintain lawns for the entire grass season, March through November.
