LOST Papillion/Chihuahua black/tan male REWARD

LOST black and tan Papillion Chihuahua mix boy goes by Mordecai/Mordy. He is microchipped but not wearing his usual collar, just a green harness. Escaped sometime between 9pm and midnight last night, door was apparently blown open and he got out. Missing from Montego Bay Apartments by the Shell off the 515 Russell exit. Disposition depends, though typically friendly he may be aggressive to other animals when scared. Favors his rear right leg from hip dysplasia. He’s not a registered service animal thanks to him being very willful and difficult to train but he is for my PTSD and agoraphobia so I will do anything to get him back. Please any help is appreciated. Thank you!
