Saturday through Monday February 26-28 BISSELL Pet Foundation is hosting an emergency “Empty the Shelters” adoption event at 10 Florida shelters from Feb. 24 – 28, 2022, including Flagler Humane Society. This is a statewide effort to relieve overcrowded shelters after their assistance with a large-scale neglect case in Santa Rosa County, Fla. BISSELL Pet Foundation will sponsor reduced adoption fees of $25 For all dogs and cats except kittens and puppies. $15 for senior dogs Location Flagler Humane Society 1 Shelter Drive Palm Coast Florida. 32137 One block north of the intersection of Highway 1 and Palm Coast Parkway.
