Superintendent Needed for Real Estate Management company compensation: based on experience, full time job, must be available on weekends, night, emergencies and trash disposal. We are seeking a Maintenance Superintendent for Residential (some commercial) Buildings in the Passaic/Jersey City/West New York Area/Jersey City/Newark area - Salary $25 per hour Hours Sunday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. PLUS OVERTIME - no housing/Apply only if experienced plumber/electrician/construction/sheetrock/paint/responsible for turns Experience in plumbing, light electric, carpentry, tile, sheetrock, painting, and overall building maintenance is a must. Must speak English and Spanish. Vehicle required/we pay for weekly gas spent Please email resume or reach out for further information. Necesito super en el area de East Orange, Newark, Jersey City y otras. Tiene q tener sus herramientas y medio de transporte. Necesita manejar su propio vehiculo. Trabajo de Domingo a Viernes sueldo $25 por hora de 8:30 a.m. a 5:30 p.m. MAS SOBRE TIEMPO no podemos ofrecer apartamento. Deber ser experto en plomeria/carpinteria/electricidad/plaster/sheetrock/pintura/debe encargarse de arreglar apartamentos q se desocupan/limpiar y remover basura de varias propiedades. Se paga la gasolina aparte. Trabajo disponible lo mas pronto posible.
