You can enter by completing the online entry form (https://www.ci.oakdale.mn.us/FormCenter/Parks-Recreation-5/2020-Easter-Bunny-Bicycle-Giveaway-96). All youth ages 10 and younger are eligible; entries must be received by 11:59 PM on Sunday, April 19, 2020. Two winners will be drawn at random and announced on April 20, 2020.
