SOLON, OH — A front glass door at Solon High was cracked over the weekend, according to police reports.
An object was used to hit the door, police said. It is not yet clear what that object was. A Solon police spokesperson believes the damage was done to the door between Saturday and Sunday and then discovered on Monday.
There are no suspects, police said.
The glass in the door will need to be replaced, a Solon Schools spokesperson told Patch. While the glass did not shatter, it is cracked.
"We're disappointed this happened," the spokesperson said. "We don't have any details on exactly what caused this."
The spokesperson said any damage discovered at a school building is immediately reported to Solon police.
