General duties include but are not limited to: Loading /unloading containers Order picking and packing Operating a pallet jack as needed Maintain clean working areas Perform other duties as required Requirements: Stand, bend, reach, and move continuously. Ability to be on your feet and move for at least 8 hours/day Frequently lift 30 - 50-pound boxes Motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Must be punctual and have excellent attendance Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
